Bruce Mcleay

Bruce works with executive teams and individuals in the areas of goals achievement, performance improvement and leadership development. Bruce’s experience in winning business has been built from first hand experience in leading teams during major bids and pitches over the past 20 years.

As a Director and Partner with an International consulting firm for many years, he worked with senior practitioners and executives in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and Asia.

Bruce’s bid and pitching experience spans a wide range of sectors and situations, having worked on hundreds of competitive bids with consistently high strike rates. Bid experience includes all stages of winning and growing business.
