Nicole Billante

Nicole is a gifted Tactician with extensive experience within corporate and educational settings. Her breadth of experience makes her highly adaptable and comfortable providing guidance in most any setting.

Nicole has worked in several different countries with distinctly different cultures and she appreciates the importance of understanding cultural context – be it social or organisational.

A strong strategic thinker, Nicole is relied upon by senior leaders to be their ‘right-hand’ person and manage complex strategic projects – including community engagement, curriculum change and performance development restructures, Nicole has also participated in a New Zealand Government led ThinkTank on education reform.

Nicole is experienced in providing guidance in both corporate and educational settings – from counselling distressed students to supporting senior leaders with communication or conflict challenges.

Nicole’s strength is her empathetic nature and her willingness to take the time to see all perspectives on an issue. She is honest and not afraid to challenge ideas or tackle the hard topics. She does this in a supportive and non-confrontational way.

Nicole lives in Christchurch, New Zealand with her two dogs.
